  • Yes. Many of our products can be personalised with names, initials or custom text. Available personalisation options are shown on each product page.

  • Simply enter your required textbox that pops up when you add the item to your basket. Please double-check all spelling, capitalisation and dates before submitting your order.

  • If production has not yet started, we may be able to make changes. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

  • Yes! We offer bulk order discounts and would be delighted to help create something special. Whether you’re looking for personalised items for your team, business event, wedding, or corporate gifting, send us a message and we would be happy to help.

Ordering & Personalisation

Shipping & Delivery

  • Current productions times are 1-2 business days. Depending on the shipping option chosen at checkout, first class is currently taking 1-3 business days to arrive once shipped. Second class postage is currently taking 2-5 business days to arrive once shipped.

  • If tracking is included with your chosen shipping method, tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

  • Please contact us with your order number and we'll be happy to investigate with the delivery partner.

  • As personalised products are made specifically for you, they cannot usually be returned unless they arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect.

  • Yes. Non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition. As the buyer you are responsible for any return postage costs.

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the item and packaging. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Yes. Our ring binders and planners are designed to be refillable, allowing you to replace inserts and customise your organisation system over time.

  • Product dimensions are listed on each product page. Please check the individual listing for exact measurements before ordering.

  • We make every effort to display colours accurately. However, colours may vary slightly due to differences in screen settings and lighting conditions.

  • All of our A5 binders on offer are compatible with standard A5 planner inserts.
