We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, photographs, colours and specifications are accurate.
Due to differences in screen settings, lighting conditions and the handmade or personalised nature of some products, slight variations in colour, texture, placement and appearance may occur.
These variations do not constitute defects.
4. Personalised Products
Customers are responsible for ensuring all personalisation details, including names, initials, dates, spelling and formatting, are entered correctly when placing an order.
Orders will be produced exactly as submitted unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.
We reserve the right to refuse personalisation requests that contain offensive, unlawful, defamatory or inappropriate content.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may be changed at any time without notice. Any changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Payment must be received in full before production or dispatch of any order.
We reserve the right to cancel orders where payment cannot be authorised or verified.
6. Order Acceptance
Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation.
This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including but not limited to cases involving pricing errors, stock availability issues, suspected fraud, or inappropriate personalisation requests.
7. Production and Dispatch Times
Estimated production and delivery times are provided for guidance only.
While we make every effort to dispatch orders within the stated timeframe, delays may occur due to seasonal demand, supplier delays, courier issues, adverse weather or circumstances beyond our control.
We shall not be liable for delays once an order has been handed to the delivery provider.
8. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless an express service has been specifically purchased.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
We are not responsible for delays, losses or additional costs arising from incorrect delivery details supplied by the customer.
9. Returns and Cancellations
Non-Personalised Products
Customers may return eligible non-personalised items within 14 days of delivery in accordance with UK consumer protection laws.
Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.
Personalised Products
Due to their bespoke nature, personalised and custom-made products cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded unless they are faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before production has begun.
Once production has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
10. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We may request photographs or additional information to assess the issue.
Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement, repair or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including photographs, graphics, logos, designs, text and product descriptions, is the property of Humewood Gifts unless otherwise stated.
Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used without our prior written permission.
